How long does it take to receive my order?
All packages are sent out within 24 hours of purchase. They will arrive via USPS. Your order will usually arrive in 5 to 7 days. If you would like expedited shipping, please email us at cexray@cexray.com
How long do I have to complete and return my answer sheet?
1 year from the date purchased.
What if I fail a test?
You may re-take the test up to three times at no charge.
Who reports my points?
You are responsible for reporting your points to the A.R.R.T. using their renewal form.

What if I lose my certificate?
Call or email us at cexray@cexray.com. We are mandated to keep all records for 3 years. We will gladly replace your certificate for free during this time frame.

Absolutely! We are working every day to provide you with new and easy tests. Check back often!
